Mystical is a logotype exercise that showcases an all-natural cosmetic company. Mystical is dedicated to manufacturing natural and biodegradable makeup products and packaging. The inspiration for Mystical and its products comes from age-old home remedies and historical makeup techniques. The company uses natural dyes and ingredients to create beautiful eyeshadows, blushes, eyeliners, etc. All of the pigments are plant and mineral-based products that have been used in the production of makeup for centuries.

With the use of a modified version of a classic serif font, the Mystical logotype evokes a sense of mysticism and history.
The disappearing letterforms signal to the consumer that the products act as a second skin; you will not even notice that you have applied makeup.
The color purple has been associated with magic and regality in many cultures. The dark purple used for the Mystical logotype makes the consumer feel that they are using a unique and illustrious product.
